Role Description The Jr.

Graphics

Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves creating visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, marketing materials, logos, and brand collateral under the guidance of senior designers. The Jr.

Graphics

Designer will support branding and campaign initiatives by preparing layouts, selecting typography, and refining designs based on feedback.



Daily tasks include collaborating with the design and marketing teams, maintaining brand consistency across projects, and preparing files for production or web deployment. The role also includes staying updated with design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas to client projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the creation and refinement of brand identities.

- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print formats.

- Working knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents).

- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.

- Ability to take constructive feedback, work within deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media design best practices is an added advantage.
