Junior Factory Manager

Objective To support and oversee day-to-day factory administration activities, employee discipline, statutory compliance, facility management, security, transport, housekeeping, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth factory operations.

Qualification: BCom, MBA

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Location: Malur, Kolar, Karnataka

Reporting To: Factory Manager / Head - HR Admin

Key Responsibilities HR Employee Administration

1. Monitor employee attendance, shift deployment, and manpower availability.
2. Ensure discipline and adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
3. Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and separation activities.
4. Support grievance handling and employee welfare initiatives.
5. Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.

Factory Administration

1. Supervise housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and other administrative services.
2. Monitor factory infrastructure and coordinate maintenance requirements.
3. Ensure proper utilization and upkeep of company assets and facilities.
4. Monitor vehicle movement and maintain related records.
5.



Ensure visitor management and gate control procedures are followed.

Compliance Documentation

1. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
2. Coordinate with departments during audits and inspections.
3. Maintain administrative registers, records, and reports.
4. Monitor contractor and vendor compliance within factory premises.

Coordination Operations

1. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, QA, and other departments for smooth factory operations.
2. Monitor shift supervision arrangements and report operational concerns to management.
3. Assist in implementation of SOPs, policies, and process improvements.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.

Safety Security

1. Promote safety awareness and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
2. Report security breaches, accidents, incidents, and violations to management.
3. Coordinate emergency response activities whenever required.
