- We work across India, so we are looking to hire candidates from all over India.

- Recruit respondents/participants for market research surveys and data collection projects.

- Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential respondents.

- Explain survey requirements, eligibility criteria, and participation details clearly.

- Screen candidates/respondents according to project requirements.

- Coordinate with the research and field operations team to meet daily recruitment targets.

- Maintain accurate records of recruited respondents and field activities.

- Ensure the quality and authenticity of respondent information.

- Follow company guidelines, project protocols, and data privacy requirements.

- Conduct follow-ups with respondents when required.

- Share daily recruitment and field activity reports with the reporting manager.

- Travel to different locations as required for field recruitment activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
