Role & responsibilities

- Ensure achievement of production output targets for each shift.

- Monitor Injection Moulding / Plastic Moulding operations and process parameters.

- Ensure product quality as per required specifications.

- Identify and support resolution of process and machine-related issues.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for production and quality problems.

- Reduce scrap, rejection and material wastage.

- Monitor machine availability and minimize production downtime.

- Manage and coordinate shop-floor manpower/operators.

- Ensure proper completion and maintenance of BMR and production documentation.

- Follow GDP and cGMP requirements.

- Maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.

- Support continuous improvement activities for productivity and quality.





Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in plastic molding operations.

- Hands-on experience in Injection Moulding (IM).

- Basic knowledge of Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of plastic materials, molding and processing.

- Basic machine/process troubleshooting knowledge.

- Knowledge of production, quality, scrap reduction and manpower management.

- Positive communication skills in English and Kannada.

- Flexible and quick learner with a result-oriented approach.

- Willingness to work in all 3 shifts
