About the Company: Essen Speciality Films Limited is a manufacturer and exporter of specialty products and polymer-based solutions, serving leading global and domestic customers. The company operates across multiple manufacturing processes including Injection Moulding, Compression Moulding, Sheet/Cast Line Extrusion, Tarpaulin and other value-added processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections as per defined quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor product quality at different stages of production and identify deviations.
- Perform inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, check sheets and other relevant quality records.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for resolution of quality issues.
- Identify defects, non-conformities and process deviations and support corrective actions.
- Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, work instructions, quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks using appropriate measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Support implementation and monitoring of quality control plans.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and preparing necessary quality-related reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inspection records.




- Support internal audits and compliance-related activities.
- Ensure proper identification, segregation and control of rejected/non-conforming materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores and other functions to maintain consistent product quality.
- Follow company safety, housekeeping and 5S requirements within the work area.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices.
- Understanding of RCA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools and basic problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / quality management systems will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of plastic/polymer manufacturing processes will be preferred.
