Client Relationship

Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for supporting client accounts, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring client needs are understood and addressed promptly. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in managing client projects, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and tracking client feedback to improve overall satisfaction.

The role also involves preparing basic reports, following up on action items, and helping strengthen long-term relationships with clients. The Jr.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to support and grow client accounts effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Client Relations and Relationship Building to maintain strong, trust-based connections with clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and an interest in learning more about agency services.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requests with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in an on-site, team-based workplace in Jaipur and collaborating with diverse colleagues.
