Urgent requirement for jr and sr Architect (High rise building)

Experience: 1-8 Years

Reporting To: VP Projects High rise building

Role

Handle end-to-end architectural design and execution of high-rise residential projects, ensuring quality, statutory compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Deliverables

- Timely and accurate design deliverables

- Smooth statutory approvals
- High-quality work with minimal rework

Key Requirements
- 1 - 8 years of experience in high-rise residential projects in MMR
- Working knowledge of RERA and UDCPR
- Strong design, detailing, and execution skills
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Well-versed in relevant architectural/design software




- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and GFC drawings

- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants

- Ensure statutory compliance and support the approval process
- Monitor site execution and resolve design-related issues
- Review materials, shop drawings, and finishes
- Manage project timelines and BOQs and support budgeting activities
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and relevant authorities
