Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (BPO, IT, US IT, Non-IT, or Corporate Sales).
- Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Core Strengths: Robust sourcing abilities, screening skills, and a target-driven mindset.
- Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen, interview, and short-list profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets to maximize your incentives.
