We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users and maintain computer systems and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Install configure and maintain desktops laptops printers and other IT devices
Troubleshoot hardware software network and operating system issues
Provide technical support to employees and users
Install and configure Windows operating systems and required applications
Troubleshoot LAN WiFi printer and connectivity issues
Maintain IT assets and support documentation
Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within required timelines
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
Knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
Basic networking knowledge including LAN TCP IP and WiFi
Good problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Any Degree or Diploma in IT Computer Science or related field
