Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate; Mechanical / Automobile preferred

Salary: ₹12–15 LPA

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced OEM Sales professional with robust experience in automotive fasteners / components to manage existing OEM accounts, develop new business and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 customers.

Generate new business opportunities for fasteners and automotive components.

Handle RFQs, quotations, costing and techno-commercial negotiations.

Manage customer enquiries from RFQ stage through development, approval and SOP.

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Costing and PPC teams.

Handle PPAP, new product development and customer approvals.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and annual rate contracts.





Conduct regular customer visits and understand technical requirements.

Achieve sales targets and develop long-term OEM business.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong experience in OEM Sales – Fasteners / Auto Components.

Experience with automotive OEMs / Tier-1 customers.

Good understanding of fasteners, cold forging, machining or precision components.

Strong exposure to RFQ, costing, PPAP and commercial negotiations.

Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
