Job Opportunity with Headway Tek on Python Full Stack Developer – FastAPI/ 6+ Years/ Bangalore/ Full Time.

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and modern frontend technologies, along with experience in database development and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop high-performance and scalable backend services using FastAPI.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js / Angular / JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Design and implement database schemas, queries, and data models using PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2, or similar security mechanisms.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.




- Develop unit and integration tests using PyTest or equivalent frameworks.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform debugging, and optimize application performance.
- Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized application environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other development teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Deploy and monitor applications in AWS / Azure / GCP environments.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Strong experience with FastAPI
- Excellent knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices
- Experience with React.js / Angular
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Good understanding of ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy
- Experience with PyTest / Unit Testing
- Strong knowledge of Git
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD
- Good understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization
