Sales Officer

Senior Sales Officer

Business Manager

Job Responsibilities: Depending on the position, the responsibilities may include:

Finding new potential prospects/customers and developing recent business.

Explaining Southern MCS Financial Products and services to customers.

Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.

Following up with potential customers and converting leads into business.

Achieving monthly Sales and Business Requirements.

Supporting Branch Business development activities.

For Manager-level positions:

Building and managing a sales team and achieving team Sales and Business Requirements.

Guiding and Supporting team members to improve their performance.

Maintaining regular follow-up and reporting to senior management.
