Description

We are seeking a skilled Job Performer - Mechanical to join our agile team in United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and proven experience in designing and developing mechanical systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety rules, ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and comply with company safety systems (like ADNOC's EWMS)

Work Site Inspection: Visit the work location beforehand to check for local hazards like toxic gases, hot surfaces, or live equipment.

Toolbox Talks (TBT):



Conduct safety briefings with the working crew before starting a task to discuss specific risks and control measures.

Permit Authorization: Help manage, display, and close out work permits (hot work, cold work, or confined space entry) alongside area authorities.

- Resource & Tool Verification: Check that all equipment, tools, and safety gear have valid inspection tags and color codes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and materials science.
