Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 6 to 10+ years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a minimum of 34 years of core hands-on engineering experience in ARCON PAM.

- ARCON Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of ARCON components (Vaulting, Access Control, Session Management, PEDM, and A2A module).

- Databases & OS: Proficiency in managing MS SQL Server or Oracle database configurations, combined with advanced system administration in Windows Server and diverse Linux distributions.

- Networking & Security: Solid understanding of enterprise networking (Firewalls, Load Balancers, DMZs, VPNs), directories (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP), and federation protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth).

- Scripting: Hands-on automation capabilities using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate connector creation or operational tasks.

- Frameworks: Robust alignment with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
