Job Opportunity with Headway Tek on Python Full Stack Developer – FastAPI/ 6+ Years/ Bangalore/ Full Time.

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and modern frontend technologies , along with experience in database development and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop high-performance and scalable backend services using FastAPI .
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js / Angular / JavaScript / TypeScript .
- Design and implement database schemas, queries, and data models using PostgreSQL / MySQL .
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2 , or similar security mechanisms.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.




- Develop unit and integration tests using PyTest or equivalent frameworks.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform debugging, and optimize application performance.
- Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker , and containerized application environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other development teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Deploy and monitor applications in AWS / Azure / GCP environments.

Mandatory Skills:
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Strong experience with FastAPI
- Excellent knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices
- Experience with React.js / Angular
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Good understanding of ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy
- Experience with PyTest / Unit Testing
- Strong knowledge of Git
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD
- Good understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization
