Jira Engineer

- Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to support enterprise workflows

- Translate business and user requirements into effective system configurations, automations, and dashboards

- Ability to work with HR, Finance and other support functions to develop and deploy suitable ticketing solutions for their functional areas.

- Lead the design for integrations and APIs to/from existing HR, Finance and other support applications.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, blueprints, and standards

- Partner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather and refine system requirements.

- Provide expert guidance on Atlassian capabilities, industry best practices, and governance frameworks

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Work on an international team in different timezones and often competing priorities.

- Work in an iterative way with the business stakeholders to agree, develop and document solutions.





- Act as a trusted advisor on platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
