Accounts Manager – Jewellery Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a CA/CMA qualification to manage the complete accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting functions of a jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
- Manage jewellery inventory accounting, including gold, diamond, stock, wastage and making charges.
- Monitor purchases, sales, receivables, payables and cash flow.
- Conduct regular bank, cash, customer, vendor and inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other external professionals.
- Ensure accurate financial records,



internal controls and timely month-end/year-end closing.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide financial reports and insights to management.

Candidate Profile
- CA / CMA qualified.
- Relevant experience in jewellery, retail, manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and financial accounting.
- Good understanding of jewellery inventory and stock accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage the accounts function.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
