: Jewellery Sales Associate (Female)

- Provide an engaging and friendly service to every customer who steps into the store.

- Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the store through strategic and attractive merchandising, ensuring that products are displayed in a manner that highlights their beauty and catches the customer’s eye.

- Gain a deep understanding of the jewellery pieces and collections within the store,

- Educate and advise customers about jewelry design, materials, care instructions, and pricing.

- Guide customers toward making purchases that meet their needs and desires.

- Process sales transactions, manage inventory, and perform opening and closing cash register procedures accurately and responsibly.

- Provide after-sales services such as jewellery cleaning, resizing, and repairs. Clearly communicate with customers regarding the care and maintenance of their purchases.

- Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-up communications and personalized service that encourages repeat business and referrals.

- Work cooperatively in a team setting to meet the store’s objectives. Share product knowledge and customer insights with colleagues to ensure a united, high-quality service front.





- Adhere to all security procedures concerning the handling and protection of jewellery and cash, minimizing the risk of theft and loss.

- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, store promotions, policies, and procedures, participating in training programs as required.

Roles and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a retail sales environment, jewellery sales experience is a plus

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A meticulous eye for detail
- An appreciation for the art of jewellery

- Competence in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems

- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
