Dhruv Gems Pvt. Ltd. is a growing name in premium jewellery retail, dealing in Gold, Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their requirements and close sales effectively.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Gold, Diamond and Gemstone Jewellery including purity, weight, certification, and pricing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, repeat business and occasion-based enquiries.
- Manage stock display, proper tagging, daily stock tally and coordinate with the billing team.
- Represent the company at outstation exhibitions across India. Must be willing to stay in other cities for 5-15 days during exhibitions. (All Travel,
Accommodation and Food expenses will be borne by the company).
- Follow up on exhibition leads and submit timely sales reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Jewellery Sales or Premium Retail Showroom Sales. Candidates with jewellery background will be preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Basic English.
- Skills: Well-groomed, confident, excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Other: Must be fully available for frequent outstation travel without any restrictions. Must be honest, trustworthy and responsible as the role involves handling high-value stock.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software is required.
