- Strong customer service skills to manage client interactions and inquiries professionally

- Ability to manage sales processes and meet sales targets consistently

- Basic understanding of risk management in retail settings to mitigate potential issues





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships

- High level of enthusiasm and motivation to work in a rapid-paced retail environment

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and requirements

- Provide detailed information on the features and benefits of various products

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the store's inventory and brand products
