Jewellery Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, email and website.
- Conduct phone/video consultations and showcase jewellery to customers.
- Understand customer preferences, occasions and budgets to recommend suitable pieces.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide a premium experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customisation, pricing, availability, dispatch and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Confident on calls and video consultations.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in jewellery, luxury and fashion.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality, client servicing or premium sales is preferred.
