Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in New Delhi.

The Retail

Salesperson will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and budget. The role involves explaining product features, materials, and certifications, presenting collections, and handling sales transactions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring the showroom is neat and organized, and supporting inventory checks and stock replenishment.

The Retail





Salesperson will also handle customer queries, provide after-sales support, and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets while upholding Gandaram Jewellers’ service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert inquiries into purchases.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge, especially in gold and diamond jewellery, including certifications and hallmarking.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail, or a robust interest in jewellery and fashion, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends and peak festive seasons, with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Minimum high school diploma

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
