- Handle client communication with excellent English proficiency, both via email and calls.
- Coordinate with designers, Production and internal teams to track progress and resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Manage client requirements end-to-end and ensure timely execution of orders.
- Handle international customers, specifically US and Europe-based jewelry brands, maintaining robust client relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence handling international clients over email and calls.
- Proven experience working with US and Europe brands in product development within the jewelry manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in product development (with leadership/CAD team management experience preferred for candidates at the higher end of this range).
