- Design and manage Jenkins pipelines using Groovy/Shell/Python
- Automate operational tasks like patching, maintenance, and data collection
- Provision and manage Jenkins infrastructure (on-prem/cloud)
- Work on SRE activities, incident management, and troubleshooting production issues
- Implement monitoring & alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
- Collect Jenkins metrics via APIs/plugins and execute scripts via pipelines
- Ensure secure plugin management and fix vulnerabilities
- Design highly available and resilient Jenkins architecture
Skills Required
- Robust hands-on with Jenkins & CI/CD pipelines
- Scripting: Ruby, Shell, Python
- Experience in monitoring tools & production support
- Knowledge of Jenkins plugins, security, and HA setup
