Role Description The Jewelry Designer will work full-time on-site in Jaipur, collaborating closely with product development, merchandising, and production teams to create innovative jewelry collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and sketching current designs, developing fashion jewelry lines, and translating ideas into detailed technical drawings and CAD models suitable for manufacturing. The designer will research trends, materials, and techniques to ensure collections align with market demands and brand positioning.

The role also involves preparing design specifications, coordinating with artisans and technicians, reviewing prototypes,



and refining products based on feedback to meet quality and cost requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry, with the ability to create commercially viable collections for international markets.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing and Product Design skills, including hand sketching, visualization, and development of design concepts into production-ready formats.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools used in jewelry design, and the ability to create accurate 3D models and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and manufacturing processes, with attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Candidates should possess strong creativity, trend awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under timelines.
- A diploma or degree in Jewelry Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in jewelry manufacturing or export environments is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to maintain organized design documentation and presentations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
