? Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for JD Edwards Sales & Distribution modules
- Handle incident management, problem resolution, and change requests
- Support core business processes including:
- Sales Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Shipping & Delivery
- Pricing & Discounts
- Billing & Invoicing
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution within SLA
- Perform JDE configuration changes and minor enhancements
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
- Maintain documentation for support activities
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions
- Support integration points with Finance, Procurement,
and Manufacturing
- Participate in testing and deployment of fixes and enhancements
? What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in JDE Sales & Distribution (SND)
- Good understanding of JDE application support processes
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management
- Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong client communication and stakeholder-handling skills
- Ability to work effectively in a shift and SLA-driven environment
- Strong team-player mindset
- Oracle/JD Edwards certification is a big plus
