Role & responsibilities

- Site Preparation & Excavation: Digging trenches, foundations, and holes, as well as clearing land and grading surfaces.
- Material Handling: Loading soil, gravel, and construction materials into trucks, and backfilling excavated areas.
- Machine Maintenance: Conducting daily inspections, checking fluid levels, performing routine maintenance, and reporting mechanical faults.
- Safety & Compliance: Following strict in office safety rules, assessing ground stability, and avoiding underground utilities.
- Coordination: Communicating with site engineers and supervisors to follow work schedules and log daily operations

Preferred candidate profile Qualifications:10th/12th/Diploma(Preferred)

- Valid License: A heavy commercial vehicle driving license or specific heavy-machinery operating certification.
- Technical Skills: Precision control of both the front loader and rear excavator attachments.
- Physical & Practical Aptitude: Ability to work in outdoor, rugged environments and basic literacy for maintaining vehicle logbooks
