Responsibilities

- MERN stack Lead is responsible for writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

- Implementation of security and data protection

- Understanding of performance testing and optimisation techniques

- Must have valuable communication & interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Should be able to lead a team of 5-6 Engineers

Requirements

- He should have the ability to translate PRD, BRD, Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps.

- Expert level Knowledge on NextJS & Typescript

- Understanding & proficiency in Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis

- Creating Graphql & RESTful services with Node.js

- Must have proven experience in front & back-end development





- Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience

- Must be familiar with MongoDB, Mysql

- Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

- Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible

- Should be familiar with GitHub Repository and Jira.

- Integration of data storage solutions [RDBMS, NoSQL DB, MongoDB]

- Should be from the eCommerce domain

Additional Skills/Preferences

- Good written & verbal communication skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Self-motivated, passionate for technology, and strong driver for results and continual improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

- B. E / B. Tech or an MCA degree

- 8-10 years of IT experience
