Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Java Lead to join our team. The selected candidate will work directly at the clients location in Bangalore, leading the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable backend systems. This role demands deep technical expertise, a solid understanding of data structures, and strong leadership abilities to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end development of backend services and APIs using Java technologies.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance, and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Drive best practices in backend development, including code quality, testing, and deployment strategies.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Actively participate in code reviews, architecture design discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, adhering to project deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications Must-Have:

- Technical Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot,



and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with SQL databases and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Team Leadership:
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong project management skills, ensuring on-time delivery of deliverables.
- Problem-Solving:
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks effectively.
- Communication:
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Valuable-to-Have:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
