Job Descriptions – JAVA Technical Lead

· Holds Bachelor / Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology with minimum 10+ years of Java development experience.

· Strong skills in Core Java (latest version) Spring Boot/Spring Framework, REST APIs, and JPA/Hibernate.

· Strong knowledge on front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)

· Experience with Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, & CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

· Solid understanding of relational databases

· Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, SOLACE, SQS).

· Experience with NoSQL databases ie MongoDB

· Experience with observability stacks Dynatrace, ELK/EFK, Open Telemetry

· Solid understanding of Design patterns to build scalable, maintainable and efficient applications

· Solid understanding of Software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, concurrency) and Secure coding practices and application security concepts

· Lead the design & development of Java applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations.

· Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture.





· The technical lead will hold responsibility of ensuring that the IT service providers are adhering to the technical guidelines/framework established for technical teams for all deliverables.

· Guide and mentor team of Java developers and ensure best practices are followed.

· He/she will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications built on Java-based technologies.

· The Technical Lead will ensure alignment with best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and performance targets while collaborating closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders.

· Manage technical risks and dependencies; clearly communicate options and trade-offs.

· Perform code reviews and performance tuning.

· Drive quality, testing standards, secure coding, CI/CD, monitoring

· Collaborate with Product, QA, architecture and DevOps teams to deliver features on time in a demanding environment.

· Facilitate troubleshooting of production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and improve system reliability.

· Improve and govern use of Java frameworks, libraries, tools, and CI/CD practices.

· Preferably immediate joiner.
