Job Title: Drools Lead Developer

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Drools Rules Engine .
- Experience with DRL, Rule Authoring, Decision Tables and Rule Flows .
- Strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices and REST API experience.
- Good knowledge of software architecture, OOP and design patterns.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or equivalent databases.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices .
- Technical leadership, solution design and team mentoring experience.
- Strong business requirement analysis and stakeholder communication skills.

Valuable to Have

- Camunda and DMN
- Kafka and event-driven architecture
- Distributed systems
- AWS, Azure or GCP
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Automated testing frameworks
- Experience in BFSI, insurance, payments, lending or other regulated domains
- Customer-facing or consulting experience
