Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver cloud-native applications using Java, Spring frameworks, and modern UI technologies.
- Lead technical implementation, ensuring best practices in architecture, coding, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams while managing design reviews and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Analyze requirements, provide estimates, and take ownership of application development and delivery.

Must Have Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or other Java-based web frameworks.
- Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as N-Tier, Microservices, and Event-Driven architectures.
- Experience with ORM frameworks including Hibernate, JPA, and iBatis.
- Proficiency in working with databases.
- Exposure to UI technologies such as Angular, React, Knockout, or Backbone.
- Experience collaborating with international clients.
- Ability to work directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Capability to create and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Strong skills in guiding and mentoring technical teams.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements, prepare estimates, and take ownership of assigned applications.
- Experience in designing small to medium-sized applications.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong focus on achieving targets and deliverables.

Good to Have Skills





- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring/observability tools.
