To provide advanced L3 production support for enterprise Collections applications built on React and Spring Boot in multi-tenant, cloud-hosted environments.
This role acts as the technical escalation point for complex incidents, focusing on deep root-cause analysis (RCA), debugging API and database layers, and maintaining secure authentication/rate-limiting configurations to ensure platform stability and hold vendor development teams accountable.
- 2 to 6 years of qualified experience in Software Development / Full Stack Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience handling multi-tenant platforms serving heavy concurrent user loads (e.g., 30,000+ DAU).
Should have 2-6 years of experience in IT Collections, or equivalent complex IT environments such as Core Banking, Digital Lending pipelines, Payment Gateways, or Enterprise AI/Chatbot implementations.
- Deep understanding IT Collections Debt Collections Tele calling CRM Application and IT Project life cycle.
- Understanding on FSDs for API architectures, webhooks, and third-party SaaS platform integrations.
- Experience managing vendor delivery and QA Fixes alignment using Agile/Jira frameworks.
- Significant understanding & implementing the Business Technical Logic.
- Strong proficiency handling Change Management with RFC to CAB to PROD Process
- Governing the PRODUCTION Deployments – end to end till sanity of the application – considering the definition of done for the Prod Deployments (Non-business hours)
