- 6-8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Robust expertise in at least one core language/technology stack(e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Go)
- Solid experience building scalable, cloud-native applications
- Proven experience leading complex features or systems end-to-end
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and architecture patterns
