Role: Java Tech Lead

Experience: 9 to 12 yrs

Location: Chennai & Bangalore

Primary Skills:

- Lead the day-to-day technical operations of an Agile squad.

- Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Architects, and other stakeholders.

- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to the squad.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative team setting.

- Report on squad progress, risks, and issues to the Hive Tech Lead.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong technical expertise in technology stack -Web/App servers – OCP/ Tomcat Java Spring Boot,/J2EE, UI, Oracle/Postgres B2Bi, CI/CD using ADO

- Experience in Agile development methodologies.





- Proven track record in delivering high-quality software.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a technical team.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical risks.

- Hands-on coding and development experience.

Experience

- 6+ years of experience in software development.

- Experience leading a technical team or squad.

- Hands-on experience with the squad's technology stack.

Secondary Skills:

- Transaction Banking/Financial Markets/Retail-Wealth domain experience is preferable

- Web/app experience preferable.
