Job Summary

We are looking for an accomplished and passionate Java Team Leader to join our cyber intelligence team in India. Responsibilities

- Manage a cross-functional high performing agile automation full stack development team

- Supervise all automation infrastructure development lifecycle including design, development, deployment and CI/CD processes

- Build from scratch a large team of server-side, client-side and automation developers with full responsibility on the recruitment and onboarding processes

- Mentor, empower and lead the way to a professional, collaborative and engaged unit

- Collaborate closely with global development and QA teams, product owners, architects and system integration engineers to identify and solve challenging problems

Requirements

- BSc Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent





- At least 5 years experience as a RD manager/TL

- Extensive background professional experience with server-side and technologies in high-performance complex systems

- Basic understanding of client-side development

- Experience in a global, adaptive and fast-responsive setting

- In-depth understanding of the entire software development life cycle process (design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows)

- Experience with software deployment containers such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively

An advantage

- Experience with Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Gauge
