It involves building and enhancing a technology-driven InsurTech and Consumer Services platform supporting digital protection, claims, payments, and customer service workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
- Write productive, scalable, and maintainable code using data structures and algorithms.
- Support cloud deployment, application performance, debugging,



and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud-based application deployment.
- Understanding of system design, scalability, and application performance.
- Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
