Role Title: Program Manager

Job Role

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end ownership of technology programs across Java microservices, AWS Cloud, EKS, PostgreSQL, and Blaze Advisor platforms. The role requires a hands-on technical leader who can translate business needs into scalable solutions, own performance engineering, manage stakeholders, govern delivery, and ensure operational stability for critical IL systems

Delivery Ownership

1. Lead planning, execution, and delivery for Blaze Advisor / Complex Java applications
2. Govern rule lifecycle management, versioning, regression testing, and optimization
3. Deep-dive into rule execution latency, performance deviation, and ruleset debugging
4. Own timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, vendor governance, and quality gates
5. Serve as the technical owner for architecture decisions across Java, microservices, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Blaze Advisor
6. Ensure compliance with IL performance baselines, stress test plans, and capacity management
7.



End-to-end ownership of requirement analysis, BRD/FRD walkthroughs, technical feasibility, and impact mapping across IL systems
8. Own UAT alignment, production deployment planning, and change governance

Operations Ownership
1. Govern L2/L3 support, drive RCA, preventive action plans, and SLA adherence
2. Ensure high availability, scalability, and resiliency for business-critical systems
3. Implement observability practices using CloudWatch dashboards, log analytics, and alerting
4. Conduct weekly reviews, dashboards, MIS reporting, and steering committee updates
5. Manage budgets, vendor SLAs, compliance, and audit requirements

1. Java/J2EE & Microservices Architecture

4. Blaze Advisor rule engine expertise
5. CI/CD and DevSecOps (Jenkins, Git, Sonar, Nexus)
