React + Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated React + Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern front-end development using React.js and back-end development using Java/Spring Boot, with experience building cloud-native, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support activities.
- Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and cloud deployment initiatives.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability through design and implementation best practices.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile software development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Azure Cloud services (App Services, AKS, Azure Functions,



Azure DevOps).
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and modern authentication/authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Exposure to API gateways, GraphQL, caching, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with globally distributed teams.
- Microsoft Azure, Java, or React-related certifications are a plus.
- Prior domain experience:

o Experience with RxClaim application and ecosystem.

o Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes and workflows.

o Experience working in the Healthcare domain, with an understanding of healthcare claims, adjudication,eligibility, benefits, and compliance requirements.
