About Position:

We are looking for a Java Kafka professional with 8-10 years of experience to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka-based event-driven architecture, REST APIs, and production-grade application development. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Design and implement Kafka-based event-driven solutions for high-volume, distributed systems
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with upstream and downstream systems
- Work on Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups, and message processing flows
- Participate in application design, code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability across environments
- Support CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting across development and production environments
- Follow engineering best practices for clean code, unit testing, documentation, and agile delivery

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and backend application development
- Good experience with Apache Kafka including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, and consumer groups
- Experience in microservices architecture, REST APIs, distributed systems, and asynchronous messaging
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming,



design patterns, data structures, and coding best practices
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
- Experience with build tools and frameworks such as Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, tune performance, and resolve defects effectively
- Valuable communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams
