About Position:

We are looking for a Java Kafka Architect with 10-12 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of scalable, event-driven enterprise applications. The role requires strong architectural expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native application design. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and solution architects to define technical strategy, drive design decisions, and ensure reliable, high-performance delivery.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and Apache Camel
- Design scalable event-driven architectures using Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups, and streaming patterns
- Define integration architecture using Apache Camel, REST APIs, messaging frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide solution design, code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Review architecture, design documents, code, and deployment approaches to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
- Drive performance tuning, troubleshooting, resiliency planning, observability, and production stability for high-volume distributed systems
- Support CI/CD,



DevOps practices, cloud deployment, monitoring, and automation across development and production environments
- Mentor team members on architecture principles, clean coding, design patterns, reusable components, and agile engineering practices

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong expertise in Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and enterprise application design
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups, schema management, and event-driven design
- Strong working experience with Apache Camel and enterprise integration patterns for routing, transformation, orchestration, and system integration
- Experience in designing REST APIs, asynchronous messaging frameworks, distributed systems, and scalable backend services
- Valuable understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, domain-driven design, data structures, and coding best practices
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Experience with Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, tune application performance,



define best practices, and guide teams on production-grade implementation
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills with the ability to work with distributed teams
