Role Description The Java Full Stack Trainer will deliver structured classroom training, practical labs, and project-based learning on Java and related full stack technologies to learners at various skill levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive sessions, demonstrating coding best practices, guiding learners through assignments, and providing feedback on their progress. The trainer will also be expected to stay current with industry standards, update course content accordingly, and collaborate with the team to align training outcomes with market needs.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring consistent presence for scheduled batches and mentoring activities.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Core Java, object-oriented programming, and common Java frameworks (such as Spring/Spring Boot).




- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (for example, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one modern JS framework).
- Knowledge of back-end development practices, RESTful APIs, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with full stack development workflows, version control (Git), build tools, and deployment processes.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience in software development or related fields.
- Ability to design curricula, create learning materials, and explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured way.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site academic environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
