About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and industry-oriented Java Full Stack Trainer to conduct an intensive 20-day full-stack development training program in Madanapalle.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end training covering Core Java, Advanced Java, SQL, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Front-End Development, JavaScript, React JS, Git/GitHub, and Full Stack Project Development.

The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain programming concepts through practical, real-world examples.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training for a complete Java Full Stack Development curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions and practical exercises.
- Explain concepts from beginner to intermediate/advanced level in a structured manner.
- Demonstrate real-world development practices and industry use cases.
- Provide coding assignments, exercises, quizzes, and assessments.
- Guide participants in developing a complete Full Stack application.
- Conduct debugging and troubleshooting sessions.
- Help learners understand project architecture, development workflow, and coding standards.
- Provide guidance on Git and GitHub for source-code management.
- Conduct daily practical sessions and track learner progress.
- Address participant questions and provide technical clarification.
- Conduct final project demonstrations and assessments.

Trainer Deliverables The selected trainer will be expected to:

Preferred Trainer Profile The ideal trainer will be a Java Full Stack Developer / Technical Trainer / Corporate Trainer who can independently deliver the complete program from Java fundamentals through Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, React JS, and an end-to-end Full Stack project.

The trainer should focus on hands-on, project-oriented learning rather than theory-only instruction.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per day
