Role Description The Java Full Stack Trainer will deliver structured, industry-oriented training on core Java, advanced Java, front-end technologies, and related frameworks to students and early-career professionals.

Responsibilities include designing curricula, preparing training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and guiding learners through hands-on projects and assignments.

The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in interview preparation and real-world application of concepts.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vikapsuri, Nearest metro station - Uttam Nagar West, Delhi.

Timings: 9:30-7 Pm, 6 Days working, weekoff on Friday.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid core Java and advanced Java skills, including object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading, and JDBC.

- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Java frameworks and tools such as Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful web services.

- Candidates should possess front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript,



and at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).

- Candidates should possess knowledge of databases and related technologies, such as SQL, relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), and basic ORM concepts.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with full stack development practices, version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and deployment basics.

- Candidates should possess strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse learners.

- Candidates should possess skills in curriculum design, training material preparation, and learner assessment, with a focus on practical, project-based learning.

- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Java or full stack development are an advantage.

- Candidates should possess prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor in IT training or corporate environments; exposure to placement
