Role Description

We are looking for a Java Frontend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in frontend development, Java-based web applications, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, REST APIs, responsive UI development, and enterprise applications.

The Java Frontend Developer will work closely with software, backend, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, maintain, and improve responsive web interfaces, dashboards, internal applications, and digital user experiences.

The role may involve working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot backend services, state-management libraries, UI frameworks, testing tools, cloud platforms, and modern frontend-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in frontend development, web development, UI development, software development, Java-based application development, full-stack development, application development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Java Frontend Developer, Frontend Developer Java, Frontend Developer, Frontend Engineer, Web Developer, UI Developer, React Developer,



Angular Developer, JavaScript Developer, Software Developer, Full Stack Developer, Java Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with TypeScript will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be advantageous.
- Understanding of component-based development, reusable UI components, routing, forms, events, state management, and frontend application architecture.
- Basic understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and modern UI practices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, web services, and frontend-to-backend integration.
- Exposure to Java, Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST services, or Java-based backend applications will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with state-management tools such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks and libraries will be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases will be beneficial for candidates interested in full-stack development.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, browser developer tools, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma,



or similar frontend testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar frontend build and package-management tools will be advantageous.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or modern deployment technologies will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of frontend performance concepts such as lazy loading, code splitting, caching, image optimization, bundle optimization, and browser storage will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure API integration, input validation, or frontend-security concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to UI/UX concepts, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, or translating designs into responsive interfaces will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, or modern web-application architecture will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to dashboards, analytics applications, ERP, CRM, internal tools, or enterprise web applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be useful but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and user requirements and translate them into practical, responsive, and user-friendly frontend solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site workplace.
- Internship, frontend project, JavaScript project, React project, Angular project, Java web project, UI project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time frontend-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new frontend frameworks, Java technologies, APIs, UI libraries, testing tools, and modern web-development practices.
