Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

- Develop and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.

- Create and manage Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and message streaming pipelines.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support.

- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.

- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.

- Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.





- Experience developing Microservices and REST APIs.

- Valuable understanding of multithreading, collections, design patterns, and OOP concepts.

- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube.

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes/OpenShift.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Kafka Streams or Kafka Connect.

- Knowledge of messaging technologies like RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.

- Exposure to Reactive Programming (WebFlux).

- Understanding of security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
