Role & responsibilities -

- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications and services using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Utilize Java 8 features such as lambda expressions, streams, optional/nullable, and functional interfaces for clean, productive code.

- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs with a strong focus on API security, authentication, and performance.

- Work with collections, generics, and multi-threading concepts to build optimized and scalable systems.

- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

- Oversee testing, deployment, and production release management across multiple environments.

- Work with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, GitHub,



and ServiceNow for CI/CD and release management.

- Write effective unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Strong knowledge of Collections, Generics, Authentication, REST APIs, API Security, and Multi-threading.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in developing production-grade enterprise applications.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services for deployment and scalability.

- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
