We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
The candidate will work closely with Application Architects, Software Engineering, and Product Management teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable application components across enterprise products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement application solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions.
- Debug and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
- Contribute to unit testing and integration testing.
- Provide Level II production support.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and meet delivery timelines.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Experience building RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of JPA, Design Patterns, and System Design principles.
- Experience with RDBMS databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Microservices architecture.
- Basic knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Frontend exposure (React/Angular).
- Experience with NoSQL databases.
Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent bachelor's degree.
