As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality software solutions in a dynamic and quick-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Java-based applications. This role requires a strong foundation in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices, along with experience in SQL, REST API, and scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement Microservices architecture to support business needs.
- Develop and maintain Core Java applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Utilize Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks for efficient application development.
- Write and maintain SQL queries and optimize database performance.
- Develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
- Implement coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills:
- Java & Core Java: Strong expertise in Java and Core Java for developing robust applications.
- Spring Boot: Extensive experience in using Spring Boot for building microservices-based applications.
- Hibernate: Proficient in Hibernate ORM for database interaction and management.
- Microservices: Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
- SQL: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- REST API: Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs for application integration.
- Scripting Skills: Experience with scripting languages for automating tasks and improving efficiency.
