About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Java Engineer / Technical Architect with 8–10 years of experience in designing and building scalable, distributed enterprise applications. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role requiring strong technical leadership, architecture expertise, and excellent coding skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust system architectures, driving technical solutions, contributing to critical development activities, and mentoring teams on engineering best practices while remaining actively involved in coding and design reviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop highly scalable, resilient, and distributed systems using Java/Kotlin and Microservices architecture.
- Create High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and system architecture documents.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance across projects.
- Develop and maintain APIs using GraphQL and REST-based services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following best practices and design patterns.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architecture guidelines.
- Design and review class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and component-level architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive application performance optimization, scalability, and security improvements.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.




- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical solutions.

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Java and Kotlin development.
- Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
- Robust experience with GraphQL and API design.
- Deep understanding of SQL and database design principles.
- Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- Strong experience in System Design, HLD, and LLD.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms and cloud-native applications.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and architectural patterns.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
